Cheats Baked Oat Brownies

Ingredients

2 cups almond milk

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup coconut sugar ( can sub maple syrup)

1 egg (sub flax egg)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups large flake oats

1/4 cup raw cacao powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch salt

1/3 cup chocolate chips + some more for the top

Method

1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking dish (of choice) with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, using a whisk, combine all your wet ingredients (including coconut sugar) and whisk together.

3. Pour in dry ingredients (saving chocolate chips to the end) and whisk until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips and save a few for the top!

4. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Serve hot, with a little milk and a dash of maple syrup
