Spicy Baked Tortilla Chips
I'm a sucker for chips so naturally I'm always looking for ways to cut out unnecessary, unhealthy vegetable oils - which is why I like to home make my chips as often as possible. These are super versatile and can be used in salads, with bowls of chilli or on their own with a generous dollop of sour cream!

Ingredients
6 large soft tortilla shells
Olive oil spray
Taco seasoning
Salt
Method
1. Pre heat oven to 300 degree F.
2. Stack all tortilla shells on top of one another and cut into 8-10 wedges (this depends on how small or big you prefer them, totally up to you).
3. In a large bowl, toss wedges with olive oil spray and taco seasoning. I like mine spicy, so I was generous.
4. Lay tortilla pieces on a large baking tray and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side. Be sure to check on them/rotate the pan regularly as they can burn easily.
5. Once baked, remove and sprinkle a little salt. Let them cool completely so they harden.
6. Serve in salads, with light sour cream, salsa, whatever you want!
