Nacho-Cheese Popcorn

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

1/3 cup popcorn kernels

1/3 cup nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Salt

Method

1. Heat the oil in large pot over medium heat. Once the oil is warm add the popcorn kernels and shake the pot until all the kernels are evenly coated. Cover with a lid and begin cooking your popcorn. Remember to shake consistently so it doesn’t burn.
2. Once the popping is done ( make sure its still hot!), pour 1/2 the popcorn into a large bowl and pour over ½ of melted butter and ½ of the nutritional yeast. Toss to combine and repeat the same step for the remaining popcorn.

3. Enjoy over your fav movie or during your mid afternoon break.
