Superfoods Smoothie

Ingredients
½ banana
¼ cup frozen blueberries
2 cups spinach
½ tablespoon cashew butter (can sub w/almond)
½ scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon flax & chia seed meal
1 teaspoon spirulina
Pinch of cinnamon
Water
Ice
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. I always blend my smoothies for 60 seconds minimum - I find this helps take away that “ grainy” taste.
