Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
2 large banans, mashed
2 eggs, whisked (can sub flax egg)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
Pinch, kosher salt
Dash, cinnamon
Method
1. In a small bowl whisk together banana, eggs and vanilla.
2. Stir in flour, protein powder, cacao powder, cinnamon and salt.
3. Using a non stick pan, turn heat to medium and cook pancakes for 2 minutes on each side.
